First Responders

THANKS FROM US POLICIES

Winner Packets:
The sealed Winner Packet must be presented to the First Responder with the Department ID matching the winning Thanks From Us Program ID selected by our program.

If the Winning Department ID is no longer valid due to an unexpected internal situation, Thanks From Us must be notified immediately upon discovering the Selected Winner is unavailable to receive the current Winner Packet.

Opening the sealed Winner Packet by any personnel other than the winning First Responder is expressly prohibited.

Once the Winner Packet is presented to the Winning First Responder and opened, the winning First Responder can chose to regift the packet to any other First Responder in it’s entirety, or by distributing individual items to other First Responders as the original winner sees fit.

Individual gift items can be used by anyone when a First Responder ID is presented at the time of use.

Prohibited use will result in punitive actions within the program including, but not limited to, removal from the program for an individual and/or department.

Gift Card Usage:
The Visa Gift card can be used, for Personal Use and by one (1) First Responder, anywhere Visa is
accepted and in accordance with the Visa Gift card stipulations presented on the Visa Gift Card package.

The Visa Gift card, and other contents of the gift packet can be regifted to another First Responder, only in
it’s entirety, if the original winner chooses to do so.

Gift Pack Policies:
Gift Packets, including but not limited to: gift cards, coupons, and give-aways, must be used by a current
First Responder.

Coupons and give-aways from the packet will require proof of valid First Responder identification to the
retailer/business at time of use. Thanks From Us will not receive this ID information at any time.

Commercial Use, Selling, Trading, or otherwise Profiting from the contents of the gift pack is expressly
prohibited.

Prohibited use will result in punitive actions within the program including, but not limited to, removal
from the program for an individual and/or department
